“Projecting European Future” aims at improving project-based development in accordance with teachers’ needs for a good educational management quality
Projecting European Future 2010 - 2012

“Projecting European Future” aims at improving project-based development in accordance with teachers’ needs for a good educational management quality. Moreover, the project joints each partner’s interest to develop linguistic, ICT and management skills, to collaborate and to actively get involved in the educational process. All the partners will, by no means, share and exchange experience, take part in all the activities and provide intercultural information to attain project objectives and the goal to become a project manager.

The project is a Comenius Regio which will be developed along two years and it gathers institutions from Romania and Greece. The project coordinator is School Inspectorate of Bucharest its Romanian partners are “Benjamin Franklin” High School, City Council of District 3, “Dante Alighieri” Theoretical High School and Managers without Frontiers association.

Moreover, “Projecting European Future” is a challenge in project management development and improvement. Nevertheless, it emphasizes the need of accessing European projects by learning how to become a successful project manager. The project offers within the two year the opportunity of creating communicative bridges so as to depict some rules of “good practices” in project management. In addition, the partners get jointly involved in lifelong learning thus offering guidelines for the future project managers trainers.

Impact and added value

We expect the Partnership to have an active and positive impact on the educational local and regional community. The main benefit is to get involved in many projects and to give support to the institutions involved in designing projects in finding interesting topics and in disseminating the projects results properly. The possibility to work jointly and to create a communication network will help the local communities to develop projecting skills, will encourage other institutions to participate in lifelong learning programmes and by mobilities will increase European cooperation in school education.
