The Office of Primary Education has jurisdiction in matters relating to:
- implementing curriculum in primary schools and kindergartens;
- the textbooks;
- the student subjects;
- school activities;
- operation of school units;
- The All-Day Elementary School and All-Day Kindergarten;
- the communication with local agents, particularly local government;
- the Jointly, with local government, solution of problems arising in relation to school units, either those
problems are economical or transporting of students or problems relating to problems of social exclusion,
disability, cultural issues, etc.
