All the partners will be well organized by the coordinator, having distributed tasks equally shared. The partners
will meet when necessary and the work programme will be established jointly. Project meetings will be
organized periodically each time.

September 2010 – for settling terms, deadlines, welcome and informational information, distributing
responsibilities;

October 2010 – gathering materials for “10 rules for the success in project management” brochure;

November 2010 – gathering materials for web-site launching and logo;

December 2010 – web-site launching and deciding the logo with the materials gathered and “10 rules for the
success in project management” brochure printing;

January 2011 – collecting materials for the workshop “Project Manager Day”;

March 2011 – the documentation for “Benjamin Franklin School in the Technology Decade” seminar;

April 2011 – organizing the “Project Management” training session;

October 2011 – disseminating the project activities;

December 2011 – organizing “Benjamin Franklin School in the Training Decade” – Teachers Methodical Day;

February 2012 – preparing the materials for the “Project week”;

March 2012 – gathering and preparing the final report s portfolios;

April 2012 – “Meetings Days” project meeting for evaluation, reports, final products;

June 2012 – meetings the project’s results and providing feedback;
